Delete your account

How it works

1. Send the form below with the email address you sign in with.
2. A person on the Risivo team replies to that address to confirm the request came from you. Nothing is deleted until you confirm — this stops anyone deleting an account that is not theirs.
3. We delete the account within 30 days of your confirmation and email you when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in and profile.
• If you own the workspace: its contacts, companies, deals, conversations, calendars, files, automations and settings, and any active plan is cancelled so you are not charged again.
• If you are a team member of someone else's workspace: only your own sign-in and profile.

What is kept

• Invoices and payment records, for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• A record that the deletion was requested and carried out.
